HTTP status 403. An API key request can get this code.
The change affects Live, so only a Live caller can make it: turning a practice's Live access on or off, changing a Live practice's name, phone and address, which Live orders send to the pharmacy, or deleting an organization with Live access.
Recovery
Send the request with a Live key (sk_live_…), or make the change in Live mode in the dashboard.
Branch on code, not on the text of detail. Give Affinity the requestId when you report a problem.
