Read issues for url. Send an absolute https URL on port 443 without credentials or a fragment. Its host must resolve to public addresses only. If host resolution fails, check the hostname and public address records. After a DNS timeout or temporary DNS failure, retry the same request with the same body and Idempotency-Key.
